The Midwest Industries Handguard offers an advanced ergonomic handguard shape which improves the feel and handling of your MPX. The Midwest Handguard features thirty four full and seven half M-LOK compatible slots and a one five slot Mil-Spec top rail. This lightweight handguard is constructed of rugged 6061 aluminum, Mil-Spec hard coat anodized, and a heat treated 4140 retaining clip with phosphate finish.
