If you receive a defective item, please immediately call the shop at 770-425-8461 to request a return label.

On-sale, used, and consignment items are sold as-is and include no warranty aside from that of the manufacturer.  GFL will not consider refunds or exchanges for sale items with minor cosmetic blemishes.

In-Store Pickup

Customers have 30 days to pick up their merchandise after placing an order and issuing payment online. Limited exceptions can be made for work obligations, illness, active service members, or other serious matters that would prevent local pickup. For any such cases, notify GA Firing Line via email at [email protected] to avoid refunding of your order. If pickup is not complete after 30 days and GA Firing Line has not received a notification of extenuating circumstances, GA Firing Line may refund the order less a 25% restocking fee.

Firearm Shipments

GA Firing Line ships firearms to valid FFL dealers only.

Firearms cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box or a personal address.

Every customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearm transfers. Contact your local FFL dealer before ordering a firearm to determine their transfer fee, to ensure they will receive your transfer, and to ask any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive a transfer.

To order a handgun, rifle, stockless shotgun, complete AR receiver, complete AK receiver, or stripped lower receiver, you must be:

  • A legal resident of the state in which you are ordering.
  • 21 years of age or older to complete the transfer through your FFL.

Exception: Military personnel stationed in a state other than their legal residence may purchase firearms across state lines. If this applies to you, contact your local FFL receiving the transfer as you may have to provide proof of deployment, residence, and any additional paperwork requested by your FFL.

Firearm Returns

It is the buyer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect their firearm before completing a purchase or transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, GA Firing Line cannot provide a full refund for new firearms once they have been transferred into your possession and does not reimburse FFL transfer fees for returned items.  Furthermore, all sales of used and consignment merchandise are final.  It is the buyer's responsibility to understand all details of any product PRIOR to lawful transfer of the item from GAFL to the buyer.

While some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection, such items must be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy. By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees incurred by returning the firearm to GA Firing Line through your local FFL dealer. Do not send defective firearms directly to GA Firing Line. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. However, if the manufacturer chooses to replace the firearm, the replacement firearm must transfer through your local FFL dealer to document the replacement firearm serial number.
